WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS I CAN ORDER?
The smallest group order is 20 tickets per performance. (Some shows offer discounts for groups of 15.)

SUPPOSE I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE SIZE OF MY GROUP?
Give us an educated guess. This number can be adjusted until the day payment is due. However, once payment has been received, the order is closed. (That means theatres do not offer refunds.)

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?
Each theatre sets its own policy. Most Broadway shows expect payment 3 or 4 weeks from the date of confirmation (longer if your performance is more than 6 months off.) Off-Broadway shows usually want money about 3 weeks before the performance date.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTABLE?
Corporate, school or organization checks; certified personal checks; cashier checks or money orders. For foreign orders: international money orders in US dollars or checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS?
Each producer determines if, how much and for what period discounts are available. As a general rule, shows offer no discounts Saturday nights and holidays, anywhere from 10-to-25% discounts at other times. Some attractions have special student and senior citizen group rates while long running shows (Hairspray, Mamma Mia, Phantom for example) may offer up to 40% off at certain times. Some hit shows do not offer discounts.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
No, since we normally receive commission from the theatres. However, there are certain performances which are non-commissionable and we have to add a service fee. This is always explained at the time you place your order.

SUPPOSE A SHOW CLOSES BEFORE OUR PERFORMANCE DATE?
We always try (and are usually successful) to find you a viable alternative. However, if we cannot find a suitable substitute, your deposit or payment will be refunded in full.
